The first lady buys on a budget in Virginia.
Known for always giving fabulous and fashion-forward looks, Michelle Obama is also known for shopping smartly. It’s no surprise the first lady was spotted in a Target in Alexandria, Virginia, buying goods, budget-style.
A source tells People Obama, 47, "picked up dog food and toys for Bo."
She’s dressed down for the outing in a colorful shirt, a Nike cap, shades and red flats. However at 5’11’, it’s a little hard to hide.
President Barack Obama is currently touring the country for his reelection campaign.
