Judge Belvin Perry Sticks It to Casey Anthony, Again

Months after the trial, he's still trying to make her life miserable.

A jury of her peers may have acquitted her of murder, but Judge Belvin Perry — AKA the Baddest Brother on the Bench — is doing everything he can to ensure Casey Anthony pays for her alleged crimes.

After keeping her in jail for as long as possible, ordering that she stays put in Orlando for a year and making her pay back $217,000 to authorities for costs related to the misguided investigation of her daughter's disappearance, Perry has now authorized the release of an "inflammatory" jailhouse video showing Anthony's reaction to the news that the remains of her deceased two-year-old daughter, Caylee, were found.

In the footage, Casey Anthony is seen rocking back and forth in a chair and then hyperventilating while watching the news. After a few minutes, law enforcement officers talk to Anthony and take her to another room.

The video was requested to be unsealed by Orlando TV station WKMG. In response, Anthony's defense team cited testimony from two Orange County Sheriff's Office employees stating they felt it was "cruel" that the then-suspect was "distressed" in the waiting room for 30 to 45 minutes on the day news broke that the remains were found.

Judge Perry ruled that "there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in jail," and then ordered the state attorney's office to release the video.

It seems Judge Perry is determined to make Casey Anthony pay in whatever way he can for as long as he's on the bench. Now, when will someone file a motion to get this guy his own show?
