As the People vs. Conrad Murray case continues, so do the revelations. TMZ.com has a video of sleep expert Dr. Nadar Kamangar's testimony today in California. In the video, the doctor explains the anesthetic propofol should never be used outside of a controlled hospital setting to treat insomnia.

When questioned further by the prosecutor, who asks if Conrad Murray was subjecting Michael Jackson to experiments, the expert replies, “Yes, but without the appropriate precautions.” The doctor cites an inconclusive study conducted in China that looks at propofol's effects on a specific kind of insomnia.

The doctor also says Murray’s treatment of the legend is “inconceivable,” TMZ reports.
