Well, that was fast! One month after announcing their pregnancy and less than a year after the birth of their daughter Madilyn Grace, Ne-Yo and his lady Monyetta Shaw have welcomed their second child, Mason Evan.

The 6 lb., 10 oz. baby boy was born on Sunday, October 9, the singer-songwriter's rep confirmed to People. But the proud papa managed to hold the news in for almost a whole week before sharing his excitement on Twitter today:

"Sal-u twit fam. If you are truly fam you’ll help me welcome the heir to my throne,” he Tweeted.
