The actress and comedienne will co-host the CBS talk show.
The Talk gets a new voice with actress and comedienne Aisha Tyler joining the show as a new co-host this week.
Tyler, who has previously guest hosted the CBS daytime talk show, will sit at the table along side Sara Gilbert, Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood. According to Deadline, Tyler is the second co-host hired for the show following the departure of Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini.
The comedic actress is no stranger to hosting duties, guest hosting on CBS’s Late Late Show in the transitional period between Craig Kilborn and Craig Ferguson, and a stint as host of E!’s Talk Soup from 2001 to ’02. She’s also launched the talk show podcast Girl on Guy.
