Reconciliation? About as likely as basketball season starting up again this year. Kris Humphries has put his attorney back on retainer to handle his divorce from wife Kim Kardashian, TMZ reports. 

Humphries is using his Minnesota attorney Lee Hutton — who also negotiated his prenup — to put a fork in his short-lived marriage to the reality star. Hutton, who reps a lot of sports stars but isn't necessarily experienced in divorce proceedings (really?), won't have much more to do than file paperwork.

Sources connected with the former couple claim there are no conflicts over who gets what, largely because of the prenup. According to TMZ, barring a fourth quarter surprise, the divorce should be final within six months from the date Kardashian filed ... on Halloween.

Which means ... both Kim and Kris will be single again just after April Fool's Day.
