James Lackey is accused of beating girlfriend and abusing baby.
Usher's little brother, James Lackey, was arrested for domestic violence a few weeks ago, reports DimeWars.com. Though details are scarce, several sources are reporting that the arrest occured when police responded to reports of a disturbance at Lackey's home and found enough evidence to charge and arrest him with domestic violence, cruelty to children and reckless conduct.
According to Taletela.com, sources claim that Lackey had beaten up his girlfriend and possibly also raised a hand to their baby.
Lackey was released on $5,500 bail after spending two nights in jail. Lackey's family, including his big bro Usher, has remained silent about the incident.
