Producers of the hit VH1 reality series Basketball Wives are attempting to court Evelyn Lozada back to the show, TMZ reports. The fiance of NFL star Chad Ochocinco, Lozada reportedly decided not to return to the show after a blog for the network implied that she had been cheating on her man.

Now, VH1 appears to be running damage control to keep the popular cast member by offering her a new contract that includes a pay raise and less filming time that will work around her daughter's school schedule and Ochocinco's games, as well as a spin-off series that would document the months leading up to their wedding.

Though no deal has yet been struck and VH1 has not returned calls confirming the rumors, this alone should get the other Basketball Wives in gear to grab more of the spotlight in the upcoming season.
