Beyoncé's sister-in-music, Kelly Rowland, gushes about her new role as an auntie.
A beaming Kelly Rowland recently sat down with E! and said her new niece, Blue Ivy Carter, is "more precious than a jewel." The "Motivation" singer grew up with Beyoncé and lived with the Knowles family during the early days of their multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning girl group, Destiny's Child. They've performed all over the globe together, endured bitter gossip, the loss of friendships and group members. Needless to say, Bey and Kells are pretty tight.
And now that Beyoncé has made the transition to motherhood, Kelly is more than excited to take on the role of auntie, saying she goes to see Blue Ivy as often as she can. And when asked about Bey's parenting skills, Kelly reports, "She's an incredible mother and I'm so incredibly proud of her."
Kelly giggles throughout the interview (see above), and you can see her bursting with joy. When she says, "I'm so happy for my sister and her husband," it's obvious that she truly means what she's saying. Check it out!
