After a serious tussle with health issues this year, Nick Cannon is rekindling the fires of both work and love.

On April 30, he and wife Mariah Carey will, once again, renew their vows, something that they’ve done every year since getting hitched in the Bahamas in 2008. For this ceremony, Nick is promising another lavish event. "It's gonna be big," Nick said to Life & Style. This will be the fifth time Nick and Mariah have said, “I do.”

Aside from April 30 being the couple’s anniversary, the date also marks the first birthday of Nick and Mariah's twins, Monroe and Moroccan. "So it's a family day," Nick continued. "We'll celebrate with them during the day and just the two of us at night."

Nick also continues building his media résumé. Cartoon Network announced that it has ordered episodes of his as-yet-to-be-titled sketch comedy series. No word yet on when the show will air.
