Fresh Prince of Bel-Air 's Alfonso Ribeiro Starts Record-Setting Flash Mob

The actor reprises his famous "Carlton Dance" to promote fitness company Body by Vi.

Alfonso Ribeiro is partying like it's 1992. The actor-entrepreneur, who played Will Smith's dorky cousin Carlton Banks on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, instigated "the world's largest simultaneous flash mob" (according to his Twitter) over the weekend. Ribeiro lead a mass of dancers in Los Angeles, while others congregated in 300 cities around the world to do his famous "Carlton Dance."
In case you don't remember (or are too young to), the Carlton Dance is an arm-swinging, hip-popping jig set to the tunes of Tom Jones's "It's Not Unusual" and Sugarhill Gang's "Apache (Jump On It)." Ribeiro brought the dance into the 21st century by adding LMFAO's "Party Rockers" to the mix.
The flash mob was a stunt to promote fitness company ViSalus' Body by Vi program. Check out the fun in the video above.
