Rapper will play a bounty hunter in the heist comedy.
T.I. is beefing up his acting resume! The rapper and star of VH1's The Family Hustle landed a role in Universal Pictures' comedy Identity Theft opposite Bridesmaids star and Oscar nominee Melissa McCarthy and indie-comedy king Jason Bateman.
Tip will play a bounty hunter in the film, giving chase to Bateman and McCarthy's identity-stealing characters.
Apart from his reality show with wife Tiny and their children, the rap-actor stars in Boss, the Starz drama about Chicago politics headlined by Kelsey Grammar. He also starred in and produced Screen Gems' Takers.
