The cast of TV Land’s new family sitcom weighs in on the funny.
Classic TV families like the Evanses, the Huxtables and the Winslows will now be joined by the Ballentines of TV Land’s new sitcom The Soul Man.
It centers on Boyce Ballentine (Cedric the Entertainer), a former raunchy singer who gives up the sexy soul music world to become a man of the cloth. The series hilariously looks at how his family adjusts from an R&B star swagger to reverend lifestyle. The Soul Man also stars Niecy Nash, Wesley Jonathan, John Beasley and Jazz Raycole.
