That's So Raven actor failed to follow orders after 2011 DUI.

Orlando Brown's legal troubles are going from molehill to mountain.
The That's So Raven star has racked up a second arrest warrant stemming from a 2011 DUI case. The first warrant was issued in May because Brown had failed to enroll in a court-ordered alcohol education class. The second one, issued on Monday, is because Brown failed to show up for a hearing in which he was meant to prove he had enrolled in the class.
TMZ reports that Brown also failed to pay $1,908 in fines and court fees.
Dodging the law? Not so Raven.
