The reality star tells RadarOnline.com, "I am devastated." Duncan passed away on Monday morning after spending two months in the hospital following a July 13 heart attack. Manigault has been credited for saving his life after the cardiac arrest because she performed CPR on him.
"He was the love of my life," Manigault tells the site of the late Green Mile actor, 54. Monday was the first instance when she referred to herself as Duncan's fiancée, previously going only as his girlfriend.
Oscar nominee Duncan, who got his start as a male stripper and later celebrity bodyguard, broke through as death row inmate John Coffey in The Green Mile.
Both public and private memorials are being scheduled for the beloved actor, Radar reports.
In addition, TMZ reports the two had a wedding set for January, which they kept a secret from the media.
