Kim Zolciak's Big Poppa is in trouble with the law.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star's mystery sugar daddy, revealed to be millionaire Lee Najjar, was arrested over the weekend in the Georgia capital for failing to make a court date and paying a $75,000 fine. A bench warrant was made for Najjar, who created buzz when he appeared to bankroll Zolciak's extravagant lifestyle during the first season of RHOA despite being married to someone else. 
The charges leveled against Najjar? Failure to maintain a storm water system at one of his properties. 
Najjar has since been released, TMZ reports. Bet he didn't call Nene Leakes for bail!
