Kevin Clash Email to Accuser: "Sorry I Keep Talking About Sex"

The voice of Elmo was in touch with sex accuser as late as 2010.

Another piece of evidence in the sex abuse case between Kevin Clash and a man nearly 30 years his junior has surfaced.
TMZ has uncovered an email from Clash to the unnamed accuser, written in 2010, in which Clash tells his admitted lover, "I want you to know that I love you and I will never hurt you. I'm here to protect you and make sure your dreams come true."
He also writes, "I'm sorry that I keep talking about sex with you, it's driving me insane."
The email, sent from Clash's Sesame Street account, was sent long after the accuser turned 18. It contains no evidence of Clash having an inappropriate relationship with his accuser when the young man was a minor, as is the basis of his allegations against the public television voice actor.
Clash has acknowledged that he had a prior relationship with his accuser, but contends that it was after the man turned 18. He has taken a leave of absence from Sesame Street until the legal matter is resolved.
