The troubled comedian allegedly attacked someone with a bottle.
Another week has come to a close and comedian Katt Williams is embroiled in yet another police altercation. TMZ is reporting that Williams was arrested Wednesday by Oakland authorities because of his involvement in a club fight.
Sources say the alleged battery took place at hotel near the club and cops are now investigating whether or not Williams hit someone over the head with a bottle. The First Sunday star was arrested in East Oakland early Thursday morning but was released later in the evening pending further investigation.
This marks the comedian’s second dust up with police in recent months. In October, Williams was detained by Los Angeles law enforcement after pulling a gun on actor Faizon Love. He was released from custody without charges.
Back in 2010, cops in Atlanta issued a warrant for Williams for an alleged battery at a Four Seasons Hotel.
