Toni Braxton Hospitalized for Lupus

Doctors expect her to "recover completely."

Toni Braxton didn't have the best weekend. The 45-year-old singer was hospitalized for complications arising from lupus, the potentially deadly autoimmune disorder she has been battling since 2010.  The Grammy winner is expected to "do just fine and recover completely," say her doctors, who stress that the incident is "just a side effect of living with lupus."

"Thanks for all the love&support! Xoxo," Braxton tweeted her fans on Friday. She added that she hopes to be home soon.
Braxton has not been released from the hospital as of Sunday night, but is expected to be sent home in the coming days.
