Plus, Kandi Burruss puts NeNe on blast for Twitter comments.
Phaedra Parks and NeNe Leakes are going solo!
The outspoken castmembers of Real Housewives of Atlanta are getting their own spin-offs on Bravo. The network confirms Parks will be the focus of Rich People's Problems, a show focusing on her career as attorney to Atlanta's rich and famous. The reality star famously represented Bobby Brown during his domestic abuse trial with Whitney Houston.
Leakes' spin-off, however, may have been, well, leaked by Kandi Burruss during an appearance of Watch What Happens Live. The singer-songwriter spilled the beans on Andy Cohen's couch when talking about Leakes' recent reconciliation with Kim Zolciak.
"They have a lot of history," said Kandi. "It’s cool if they’re gonna be friends again. I mean, maybe we’ll see her on NeNe’s show — on the wedding." While Cohen or the network haven't made an official announcement, fan blogs are buzzing about a possible wedding special for Leakes, just as Kim had last year.
Burruss, meanwhile, took the season five reunion special as an opportunity to put Leakes on blast for The New Normal actress' negative comments about her on Twitter. Among the things NeNe has crossed the line about, says Kandi, is criticizing her for her weight and taking cheap blows about her former fiance, A.J. Jewell, who died in a nightclub altercation three years ago.
"That's when I felt like, 'You know what, I don't mess with her like that,'" explains Kandi. "And that's when you got a different me."
Kandi, of course, already has her own Bravo spin-off, competition show The Kandi Factory. No word on whether she'll make an appearance on either of her co-star's shows.
