Attorney Calls Michael Jackson a Sexual “Monster”

Wade Robson’s lawyer paints pop legend as a major predator.

Famed choreographer Wade Robson, 30, will not testify in the Michael Jackson wrongful death suit that Katherine Jackson, 82, has against AEG, but his lawyer has been busy painting the deceased King of Pop as a sexual “monster” who preyed on his young friend.

Henry Gradstein, Robson's lawyer, reportedly told TMZ that Jackson was a "monster" who sexually abused Wade for seven years as a child. The choreographer also claimed Jackson threatened him if he ever went public. “Last year, on a career trajectory that was off the charts,” explained Gradstein, “he [Wade] collapsed under the stress and sexual trauma of what had happened to him for seven years as a child." Robson, in legal documents, is accusing Jackson of sexually abusing him from the age of seven to 14.

While Robson is building his lawsuit, which is asking for a creditor's claim against the Jackson estate, he won’t be needed for the wrongful death trial. "AEG has just learned about Wade Robson’s claims," said a source close to the case, "and there doesn’t seem to be any reason to call him to the stand. Wade doesn’t bring anything to the case that would bolster AEG’s case that they aren’t responsible for Michael Jackson’s death."

Robson's sex abuse case may be gathering momentum in the media, but his claims are getting challenged publicly. MJ’s former trial lawyer Tom Mesereau accused Robson — through his claims against Jackson — of being a tool of AEG to slander the late singer’s legacy. R&B singer Omarion questioned the motive of Robson in reversing his testimony (testifying in '05 that he was never molested by MJ) to make a quick buck.
