Who says former lovers can't be friends?

Kim Kardashian seems to have put the past behind her by offering an olive branch to her ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush. The NFL player recently welcomed a baby girl with fiancée Lilit Avagyan, and Kardashian allegedly reached out to him over text message to congratulate him. 
''Kim sent Reggie a congratulatory message and while Reggie wasn't expecting it, he was very happy that she sent out her well wishes," a source tells RadarOnline.com. Bush seemed to return the favor last week, when he told Us Weekly, "I always wish her well. Always."
Kardashian, of course, is expecting a baby girl of her own with boyfriend Kanye West. Her three-year relationship with Bush ended amidst rumors that she cheated on him with the rap superstar. She was also briefly married to NBA player Kris Humphries, with whom she does not have such a friendly relationship. 
Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian, meanwhile, got a less friendly message from New York governor Andrew Cuomo. The political heavyweight had state attorneys send a message out to Kardashian over a copyright infringement on a T-shirt she was spotted wearing, belonging to her hubby Lamar Odom's clothing line. The shirt features a logo very similar to the New York Department of Agriculture logo but bears the name of Odom's line Rich Soil.
