A woman at Shemar Moore's home called the cops and accused him of assault, but the Criminal Minds star claims...it wasn't me.
The incident took place in the wee hours of the morning on Sunday when a female guest of Moore's, who was hanging with other friends by the actor's pool, became irate when someone pushed her into the water. According to TMZ, the woman then allegedly tried to get into Moore's house to dry off, and Moore brought her some towels and then asked her to leave.
The woman became increasingly hostile and called the cops on the hunky actor, but when police arrived, Moore claimed it was the woman who was instigating the fight. Police acknowledged that alcohol was involved in the incident, but didn't arrest anyone since no one appeared hurt. They vowed to investigate, but it seems unlikely any charges will be pressed. 
Most recently, the television star sparked the fury of his ex Toni Braxton for comments he made about her in an interview with BET.com.
