Ray J has a special message for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West...and this time, it's not "I Hit It First.

The R&B singer, who famously dated Kardashian and made a sex tape with her in 2003, tells Access Hollywood Live that he has "nothing but love and congratulations" for his ex, her new man and their baby, North West.

When asked if he's scared of the "Black Skinhead" rapper, Ray J replies, "No. Big fan, big fan."

He also decided to keep it classy when asked if the couple of one year will last. "I really don't pay attention to it. I try to keep it respectable from that end, but big fan," he said. 

Brandy's little bro lit the blogosphere on fire in April when he dropped a revealing single about his relationship with the reality superstar. Though Ray J didn't use Kardashian's name, the lyrics to the single called "I Hit It First" left little to the imagination. "She might move on to rappers and ballplayers/ But we all know I hit it first," he rhymes. "I had her head going North and her ass going South/ But now baby chose to go West. No matter where she goes or who she knows/ She still belongs in my bed."

Judging from his restraint in talking about the new parents, looks like the singer has matured over the summer!
