Ciara is officially a mom! The “Body Party” singer gave birth to a baby boy early Monday morning in Los Angeles, she confirmed via Twitter. “Future Zahir Wilburn, 9 lbs., 10 oz., May 19, 2014,” she wrote, sharing a photo of the newborn’s arm.

This is the first child for Ciara and her fiancé, Future, who are expected to marry in the fall. Future has three other children from previous relationships. The singer was active on social media over the weekend, posting fun videos of her "Crip Walk" and photos of her at-capacity bump. She recently attended a bridal shower for her BFF Kim Kardashian in Los Angeles.

Ciara celebrated the pending arrival of her son in March, when La La Anthony and makeup artist Yolonda Frederick threw a baby shower for the new mom.
