Phaedra Parks Faces Deposition About Husband's Crimes for Defamation Suit
Phaedra Parks has kept mum about her husband Apollo Nida's legal drama so far, but the reality star will soon be forced to snitch on her estranged husband. Ironically, the order to talk stems from Parks's own defamation lawsuit against author Angela Stanton.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star filed suit against Stanton, who wrote a book in which she claims Parks knew all about Nida's illegal activities, and now, TMZ reports, a judge is forcing Parks to succumb to a deposition and answer questions about her involvement in Nida's crimes. Parks was already deposed once for the defamation suit but refused to talk about her husband's activities. Now, she'll have to sit before attorneys a second time and answer tough questions so that Stanton's legal counsel can mount their defense.
Looks like the reality star is stuck between a rock and a hard place — unless, of course, she decides to drop her lawsuit against Stanton and focus instead on her divorce from Apollo.
