The Kardashian-Odom divorce saga continues. Though it has been 10 months since Khloé Kardashian filed for divorce from basketballer Lamar Odom, the 6-foot-10 athlete is allegedly refusing to cooperate, stalling his own response to Khloé's initial filing.
People reports that he is constantly disappearing and the family cannot seem to track him down. "He needs to sign papers and he won't," a source told the publication. "He disappears here and there, and she can't find him. She just wants to move on."
The waiting will soon come to an end though, as, according to papers filed by a Los Angeles Superior Court Family judge on October 9, Khloé must now make a choice of either filing a request to enter a default or a request for dismissal. If she is granted a default, the reality star can proceed with the divorce without Odom's participation or permission. Until then, we wait.
