Bobby Brown Speaks on Bobbi Kristina's Condition

Plus, Kelly Price pays tribute to Whitney's daughter at pre-Grammys party.

Despite reports that Bobbi Kristina Brown is in "dire" condition and will soon be taken off of life support, her father Bobby Brown claims the 21-year-old is doing "good."
"We're praying," a somber-looking Brown told a reporter from Access Hollywood who spotted him outside of Emory University Hospital, where Bobbi Kristina is being treated after being found unconscious in her bathtub on Saturday.

Various sites reported on Thursday that doctors have given up hope of reviving Bobbi Kristina, and that her family has been gathering at her bedside to say their goodbyes. Through his lawyer, Bobby Brown dismissed the reports, saying, "this is false, just as is the vast majority of reporting taking place."
A source within the Brown family, however, believes otherwise. "It doesn't look like she's coming back, at least not back to her old self," the source tells Us Weekly. "[Bobby] hasn't been able to accept that his daughter isn't coming back," the insider continued. "Their last interaction is not the last one he wants to have with his daughter." TMZ is reporting Bobby Brown believes God can save Bobbi Kristina, therefore, he is allegedly ignoring doctors who claim there is nothing that can be done.
Meanwhile, singer Kelly Price, a close friend of Bobbi Kristina's mother Whitney Houston, paid tribute to the ailing young star at a pre-Grammys party on Wednesday night. Price opened the event, called For the Love of R&B: A Tribute to Whitney Houston, with a request to the audience to send prayers to Bobbi Kristina and her family.
"Bobbi Kristina is in the hospital and her condition is very serious," said Price. "I will say this one thing and this one thing only: Please continue to pray for her as she fights for her life. She is a young woman who deserves a chance to live and to thrive and experience the greatness that is inside of her and come into her own," she continued. "I will ask you all to say a prayer. If prayer is not your thing, send love. Send your love and well wishes to the entire family.”
