The Real Renewed for Season Two

Talk show became a social-media smash this season.

There will be a lot of changes in the talk show landscape this year, with Rosie O'Donnell leaving The ViewJon Stewart bowing out of the Daily Show and Stephen Colbert moving to Late Night. But the ladies of The Real are staying right where they are! The talk show will return for a second season, Deadline.com reports. 

Hosted by Tamera Mowry-HousleyTamar BraxtonLoni LoveJeannie Mai and Adrienne Bailon, the debut season of the show was a ratings success and ranks as the number-one new syndicated talk show of the 2014-15 television season among young women.

Additionally, the show is a hit on social media, gathering more than 65 million video views, ranking third among all syndicated talk shows for the year, behind only The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Wendy Williams Show. And in terms of Facebook “likes,” Mowry-Housley (4.8 million) and Braxton (3 million) rank among the six most popular syndicated talk programs/hosts.
