Damon Dash's Ex Calls the Police, Accuses Him of Kidnapping

Rachel Roy claims he's an unfit parent with a history of domestic violence.

The war between Damon Dash and his ex-wife, Rachel Roy, just took a turn for the worse. Yesterday, Roy called the cops on Dash because their two children, Ava, 16, and Talullah, 6, were allegedly "missing" after school.  The police showed up at Dash's house and he vented on Instagram, "Big shout out to the lapd for being understanding I just don't see how calling me picking up my daughter kidnapping and how it could possibly be good for her to have to see that...you have to put the kids first the fight only hurts them."

According to TMZ, Roy wants Dash’s visitation rights taken away and alleges that he is an unfit parent, a pothead with a history of domestic violence. Roy, a fashion designer who counts Kim Kardashian among her BFFs.

In a recorded video statement obtained by TMZ, the rap mogul shares his version of events. “You’re about to see what I have to go through just to be a dad,” Dash states. “I can’t even pick my daughter up, I haven’t seen her in three or four weeks. It’s considered kidnapping just to raise my kid, but I’m sure y’all gonna see what it’s like right now.”
He is then seen getting out of a car and speaking with police waiting at the residence where his children supposedly are inside. After asking the police to step away from his property “because my daughter shouldn’t have to see that,” the video ends.
Dash also insists Roy's claims of domestic violence and drug use are all a ploy for leverage and her tactics are nothing more than harassment.
The couple split in 2009 after four years of marriage.
