Nick Cannon: I'm Not Writing a Tell-All Book About My Marriage
Nick Cannon's divorce from Mariah Carey is almost finalized. Before the ink dries, however, rumors have already begun swirling that the American's Got Talent host is set to air out their dirty laundry in a tell-all book, but he is firmly denying the chatter.
The Nickelodeon executive spoke with Extra during the Los Angeles auditions of the popular talent show, expressing how disappointed he is in the media for believing the rumors. "I see it on television and people tweeting about it... People can make up whatever they want and it actually becomes news," he said. "People like to perpetuate negativity, and it's really sad when you see people feed into it."
Despite being in the midst of a divorce, Cannon and Carey celebrated Easter together with their twins, Moroccan and Monroe, who turn 4 years old on April 30.
"It was nice!" Cannon said of their time together. "That's what families do, right? You spend time with your family."
