Amber Rose Talks Fashion Police Casting Rumors

Zendaya Coleman also speaks on her hopes on the show being more positive.

Amber Rose's name has been tossed around regarding her potentially securing a seat on the popular E! show Fashion Police. Setting the record straight, the model-actress appeared on Kandi Burruss's late night web series Kandi Koated Knights where she dismissed the rumors once and for all.

"It's not my type of show... Who am I to critique anyone?" she said. "I gotta sleep at night, so I need to do what I'm comfortable with... I can't sit there to critique anybody, because I like individuals. So if you have something on and no one else likes it, I'm probably gonna always like it. So I don't know if I'd be a good judge."

Rose's name has been just one of many that reportedly have been considered to join the show's cast. Following the departure of Kelly Osbourne and lead host Kathy Griffin, other names buzzing included NeNe Leakes, Khloé Kardashian and Chrissy Teigen.

The recently separated actress's disinterest in the show comes after daytime talk show host Wendy Williams also turned down the role following Joan Rivers's passing. "There is only one place I like to be critical of people, that I feel comfortable, and that is in my own studio," Williams told HuffPost Live's Marc Lamont Hill.

In other Fashion Police news, Zendaya Coleman, who was rudely criticized by cast member Giuliana Rancic for donning locs on the Oscars red carpet, spoke out on her hopes for the show's return. "Honestly, I just like to see positive things and positive reinforcement," she told Entertainment Tonight. "I wanted this to be a positive experience and for people to learn from it, people to grow from it."

E!'s Fashion Police is currently off the air, but will return in September with Rancic confirmed to return.
