Chris Brown Claps Back at Baby's Mother With Paternity Suit

Breezy is tired of Nia Guzman's demands for cash.

Chris Brown is a proud daddy, but he has allegedly had enough of the mother of his child, Nia Guzman. The singer is taking Guzman to court over custody of 1-year-old Royalty, claiming that Guzman is extorting him for huge child support payments and often refuses to let him see his daughter.
Brown filed legal documents in Houston, according to TMZ, and is seeking to get the court involved and establish a fixed figure for child support, and clear guidelines about custody. According to Guzman, Breezy is paying her $2500 a month in child support and she is seeking closer to $15,000. Brown hasn't confirmed those figures, but is definitely looking to bring the payment amounts back down to earth.
On his time, Brown has spared no expense giving Royalty a comfortable life. He reportedly set up a room for her in his Los Angeles mansion and treated her to a lavish birthday party at Disneyland. He even made accomodations for her on his tour bus, and instated strict rules about groupie behavior for when she comes to visit.
We're sure the last thing Chris Brown needs is another one of his exes to be pissed at him, but seems like he thinks it's worth it for his daughter.
