UPDATE: Rumors that cameras are rolling as the Kardashian family deals with the tragic condition of Lamar Odom are simply not true, TMZ reports. Many members of the reality TV family have gathered at Odom's bedside and around his ex-wife Khloé Kardashian, who is said to be "inconsolable" and has banned cameras from the hospital. Keeping Up With the Kardashians is on hiatus and it's not clear how E! will deal with the new season, which features discussion of Khloe and Lamar's divorce, in light of recent news.
After news broke that former NBA star Lamar Odom had been found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, friends and family, including his ex-wife, Khloé Kardashian, rushed to his side. While the reports about the reality TV family flying to Nevada to support the Keeping Up With the Kardashians castoff are true, one important detail was missing: they allegedly brought the reality show cameras with them.
According to Radar Online, Khoé, Kim, Kris and Rob all showed up to the Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas with rolling cameras to visit Odom, who is reportedly in a coma and breathing with the help of a machine.
Word is that they all hopped on a private jet to Sin City with the cameras documenting it all as soon as they got the call that the former NBA Sixth Man of the Year was unconscious. "It's [a] s**t show," a source close to the situation told Radar Online. "The Kardashians are trying to run everything. They walked into the hospital with cameras rolling. It was shocking, but hardly a surprise."
The source went on to explain that Khloé was "extremely upset," with the rest of the family "crying and pretending like they care."
Meanwhile, in the midst of the sad news, Kendall Jenner, Khloé's younger sister, tweeted the following:
As more updates about Lamar's condition continue to roll in, The New York Daily News reports that doctors have already determined he had "every drug imaginable" in his system. In regards to the track marks found on his arm, it is, however, still unclear whether they are fresh or from previous drug use. Also, he supposedly suffered several strokes.
