Access Denied: Sherri Shepherd's Last Attempt to Avoid Paying Child Support Shot Down

An appeals court agreed that she was fully on board with the surrogate plan.

Sherri Shepherd just got another slap in the face by the appeals court as her last plea to avoid paying child support to her ex was flat out denied.

According to TMZ, the former The View co-host claimed that her estranged husband, Lamar Sally, tricked her by getting a surrogate to carry a child for them. Sherri thinks that he used this situation as a cash-out to secure a fat child support check from her once he knew they were heading for divorce.

In bad news for Sherri but good news for Lamar, an appeals court agreed with the lower court's decision that the comedienne was fully aware of the plan and even funded most of the process to begin with.

With that said, Sherri will not continue with the terms of their settlement paying $4,100 per month until the child is 13. The monthly payments will be upped to $4,600.
