The Oscar-winning Whitaker has been tabbed by Stallone to star in "The Expendables," a flick about a devious CIA agent who is involved in a plot to topple the dictator of a Latin American country.\r
Jason Statham and Jet Li are attached to star alongside Stallone in the film.
