Just when WTF thought it had solved the black James Bond casting dilemma comes news that Diddy thinks he should be the man. WTF?

Granted, nearly everything Sean Combs touches turns to gold but acting has never been his forte. He was barely watchable in "A Raisin in the Sun" and now he is reportedly using the promo for his new I Am King cologne as an audition tape for the Bond franchise producers?

"This is my audition tape for the next James Bond," he says of the I Am King mini-movie in his video blog. "There is a black president, and it's time for there to be a black Bond."

Diddy reportedly spent $750,000 making the King promo/Bond audition tape, which he filmed in the South of France near the location of recent Bond film "Casino Royale." In it he's sporting a dapper tux and is seen soaring in a helicopter, riding a jet ski and being oogled by a posse of lovely females.

If in fact the producers were considering a black Bond--and my money says they aren't--it's doubtful that Diddy would be on the short list. The brothers that WTF mentioned in an earlier post at least might get penciled in.
