Chris Rock The 13th annual Urbanworld Film Festival will be in New York City from September 23 – 27, 2009. It's America's largest multicultural film festival and this year will include films from Chris Rock , Oscar nominee Sophie Okonedo and F. Gary Gray 's Law Abiding Citizen . The festival will include a total of 68 films ranging from documentaries to feature films. Below is the complete list:
