The 13th annual Urbanworld Film Festival will be in New York City from September 23 – 27, 2009. It's America's largest multicultural film festival and this year will include films from Chris Rock, Oscar nominee Sophie Okonedo and F. Gary Gray's Law Abiding Citizen.
