Black Voices is reporting that co-host of The View, Sherri Shepherd, is joining the cast of Martin Lawrence's Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son, which is the third installment of the Big Mama franchise.  Malcolm (Lawrence) and his 17 year-old nephew will go undercover at an all girls school after a murder.  Shepherd plays the house mother who is kicked out and Big Mama because the new house mother -- chaos in drag ensues.  While this sounds like a funny movie -- I really need Lawrence and Jamie Foxx to get  it started on the Sheneneh and Wanda movie.  We are all waiting for that.\r
Transformers 3 has already started filming and the female lead, Megan Fox, has been axed from the project.  The Hollywood Reporter claims there was strife between the director, Michael Bay and Fox.  Not tp be openly dissed, Fox's rep released a statement to People saying, "It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best."\r
Who knows if Fox got fired or if she is doing damage control but back in July 2009 she basically told Entertainment Weekly that she wasn't a huge fan of the movie, “I mean, I can’t s— on this movie because it did give me a career and open all these doors for me. But I don’t want to blow smoke up people’s a–. People are well aware that this is not a movie about acting.”  Wow!  Pretty bold move -- but I have to agree with Fox, Transformers was one of the worst action movies of the year and I hope Michael Bay avoids the jive talkin' robots in the third version.\r
