HIP HOP CHEF TYE'S
MICROPHONE CHECK MAC & CHEESE RECIPE
Makes 4 to 6 servings
- 2 boxes of your favorite macaroni noodles
- ½ teaspoon of low sodium table salt
- 1 tablespoon pf vegetable oil
- 1lb of cheddar cheese
- 1lb of monterey cheese
- 1lb of asiago cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of sour cream
- ½ stick of butter
:: AD ::Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine 4 cups of water, vegetable oil and salt over medium heat. Add in your favorite macaroni and cook until done. You will know they are done when noodles begin to float to the top of your pot. Remove and drain, then set to the side. Combine heavy cream and butter in your favorite deep dish, non-stick sauce pan. As cream begins to boil slowly add in cheese, stirring occasionally. Transfer macaroni into a deep baking pan and combine cheese mixture into your baking pan. If you prefer, you may add your favorite seasonings at this time. Bake macaroni for 25 to 35 mintues, or until golden brown.
