The Good Life - Grilled Shrimp Citrus Salad Recipe | Body and Soul
INGREDIENTS:
10 peeled and divined medium size shrimp
1Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salad
1 avocado peeled, seeded and sliced
1 blood orange peeled and sectioned
1 ruby red grape fruit peeled and sectioned
5 strawberries tops removed and quartered
10 blackberries
10 red grape tomatoes
½ small red onions sliced very thin
1 bag fresh spinach
½ cup alfalfa sprouts
Dressing (orange poppy seed)
½ cup sour cream
1Tbsp honey
1 navel orange juice and zest
1tsp poppy seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1. Toss shrimp with Old Bay and olive oil, Grill in high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side set aside and cool
2. Toss the spinach with the sprouts place on serving plate, add remaining salad ingredients to the top of the spinach mix, added chilled shrimp on top
3. Blend all salad dressing ingredients together serve in small bowl aside salad.
