Family Fave Recipes - Grilled Lemon Chicken Burger | Body and Soul
INGREDIENTS:
Burger
1½ pound Ground Turkey
1 bunch scallion, chopped
1 ea lemon, juice and zest
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 cup fresh bread crumb
1 ea egg
Salt and Pepper

Toppings
4 ea whole wheat burger bun
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 ea avacado, pitted and sliced
1 ea red onion, sliced
1 ea dill pickle, sliced length way
Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix, well, all burger ingredients, form 4 equal sized patties
2. Grill over medium to high heat 10-12 minutes each side
3. Grill buns 1-2 minute
4. Form the perfect burger using any or all of the toppings
