Being Well Can Attract Good Things

Posted July 11, 2008 – The term "Wellness" is being thrown around more these days than ever before. But if you had to truly define “Wellness” for yourself, how would you define it? It might require you to have a new kind oBeing well may require a new kind of ESP. Her's how you get it and what it can do for you.

When your E.S.P. is balanced, a true energy flow is unleashed in your life.  You begin to attract healthy relationships, the soul mate that you’ve been looking for, the ideal career position, or the healthy positive relationship with family members that’s been lacking.

You will exude an energy, which resonates in your voice, your eyes, your glowing skin and your spirit.

Let’s talk about what we can do to balance our E.S.P.:

Emotional Health: Emotional health is one of the true keys to Wellness. What ever we feel emotionally will affect our health physically.  For example the word Cancer strikes fear in the heart of many, but what are the emotions behind Cancer? Cancer represents, deep hurt, longstanding resentment, deep secret of grief, eating away at the self, carrying hatreds, a feeling like, ‘what’s the use’. Now while there are obviously physical reasons for this and other illnesses; don't discount the impact of your emotions.                                                                                                    

Dealing with emotional issues
Take the distressing events that are occurring in your life right now. Picture them as an onion with many layers that are sitting in your lap. Imagine yourself peeling off one layer at a time. The layers are fear, the need to control, attachment, the need to fix things, blame of others, shame about yourself and obsessions with a specific outcome. As you peel away at these layers, what’s left?

More and more space:  to love yourself, to allow others to be who they are with the knowledge that you can’t change them. Seeing these layers for what they are frees you from the emotional chains that can imprison you and ultimately lead to health problems.

Spiritual Health: Spirituality is really a personal journey, so why would we include it as one of the tenants of health? In the case of Spiritual Wellness; it’s really your relationship with yourself and your creator (whatever you may call him). Learning how to love you is a powerful tool for healing.  Also knowing that your creator truly loves you, gives you permission to nurture yourself and take care of your own needs, without guilt.

Physical Health: We suggest you start with a cleansing and detox regiment, Why? Because almost everything we eat these days have all sorts of chemicals and preservatives in it. And if you have had to take medication anytime in your life, it could have made the problem worse.

Toxins get stored in the body, specifically the colon, intestine, liver, and fat cells. These toxins prevent our bodies from operating properly. So those aches and pains, sinus problems, sugar cravings, constipation, headaches, bloated stomach, acid reflux, tiredness, memory issues or other problems that we brush off by saying, ‘Oh, I’m just getting old’, may really be your body warning you that you are toxic!

Look at these symptoms like the warning light in your car, they are telling you that toxin levels are high, and some vitamins, minerals and nutrients could be lacking.  If you ignore the warning light long enough, the engine breaks down, in the case of our bodies it's what we call a disease.

Cleanse the body of toxins
Detox the body using truly effective detox products, be sure you are having 1-3 bowel movements per day, if not,  increase fiber intake and cleanse your colon, the stuff you buy at the local groceries  or pharmacy chains are not usually as effective. Get on a regular exercise regiment.  Start a healthy vitamin regiment- don't buy into the myth that vitamins are not necessary, our foods are lacking natural nutrients, we need supplements.
