While the rest of the world marvels at the singer’s dramatic weight loss, her man’s not quite used to it.
Jennifer Hudson's fiancé, wrestler and former reality TV star David Otunga, apparently isn't as happy as Weight Watchers and red carpet enthusiasts are about Hudson's smaller size.
The Oscar winner visited Friday’s Tonight Show, where she was asked, “What does your fiancé think—does he like the new svelte you?” She responded: “He’s getting adjusted to it. He’s not really into change that much.”
Hudson's new figure has been celebrated in headlines after she made a shocking transformation from a size 16 to a size 6 as a spokeswoman for Weight Watchers. The 80-pound slim-down has turned the entertainer into a self-proclaimed shop-a-holic, and she’s popped up on red carpets and stages looking more fashionable than ever in outfits that show off her new shape. Still, David misses her curves.
“He fusses at me like, ‘Why do you have to get all dressed up to go out and why can’t you just go out like you used to?’” Hudson said. “And I’m like, 'I’m a walking billboard now, honey.'”
