The reality star and new designer says white is alright.
It’s nearly impossible for most women to look fabulous in all white, but LisaRaye does it flawlessly. The second season of her TVOne reality show LisaRaye: The Real McCoy is under way and the voluptuous actress wants fans to take a page from her style book. “I’m deeming Thursdays to be “All White Day,” she recently told HipHollywood.com. “For the duration of the show…[wear] all white! If you want to do a gym shoe that’s white, I’m cool with it. Even if your underwear gon’ be white, I’m alright with it.”
Unsure of how to rock white in a way that’s flattering? Add accessories like a scarf or a fabulous handbag. Designer Mychael Knight told BET.com that LisaRaye’s approach to white is why she wears the color so well. “Try something that’s a little more slimming. Something that will elongate your body. It’s always fresh and it’s clean and it looks regal. And it should definitely be form fitted to your body.”
