Meagan Good did a little promo work via Twitter to show off the poster for her upcoming film, Video Girl. Starring and produced by the Jumping the Broom actress, the film follows the life of Lori Walker, a regular girl with big dreams, who later becomes one of the most sought after video vixens in the music business. And no, it’s “not the Karrine Steffans story,” Meagan reassures Vibe magazine.
The Game star tweeted, “THE INDIE FILM TAKEOVER MOVEMENT!! My film VIDEOGIRL releases in AMC theatres!!!” Video Girl also stars big names like Ruby Dee, LisaRaye, Bobby Wilson, Angie Martinez, Bun B, Juelz Santana, and real life video models Melyssa Ford, Angel Lola Luv and Esther Baxter.
Look out for Video Girl to hit AMC Theaters on April 29.
