Kim Kardashian, who took home the award for “Entrepreneur of the Year,” pulled her brunette tresses back to show off those amazing Lorraine Schwartz earrings that gently grazed her shoulders. The star kept it simple yet elegant with a corseted, floor length gown that highlighted each and every one of her curves.

Though British actress Naomie Harris barely pulled her mane back in a presentable ponytail, she kept it clean and simple with this white dress and black platform shoes. She is, however, saved by the beauty. Such a striking young lady.
