The 63rd Annual Emmy Awards aired last night and our favorite celebs lit up the red carpet with their elegant looks. Among the brown beauties was Taraji P. Henson rocking this sheer, slinky Blumarine gown with sequined accents. We prefer to see something a little more fitted on Taraji, but she looked beautiful none the less.
She traded in her usual fluffy bob for a curly side bun. Her face was practically stripped of all color and minimally highlighted with nude golds and a dainty pair of lashes.
Kerry Washington looked incredibly sexy in a sparkling red Zuhair Murad gown with a looping train. The bust line accentuated the actress’ enviable décolletage, and she did away with any attention-grabbing baubles. As if we could take our eyes off of that dress.
Her hairstylist, Takisha Sturdivant, revealed to BET.com that Kerry adores her hair in these wispy waves and she achieves a light hold and shine with L’Oreal Paris Elnett Satin Hairspray.
To finish her look, Kerry went with a pair of thick, old Hollywood-inspired lashes and a killer crimson pout.
