The curvaceous actress drops down two dress sizes.
Amber Riley has taken steps to slim down her figure and last week, our favorite Glee girl showed off her new body in a midnight blue Theia gown, which she styled with long curls and warm, smoky makeup. Riley, 26, told People that although she's always been confident in her skin, she wanted to make healthier choices by cutting out the fast foods that she says "were attacking my stomach."
"I've always been comfortable with my size," says Riley. "I just decided it was time to get healthy."
The results after seven months on her new diet and exercise regimen include dropping two dress sizes and having an easier time dressing up for glitzy events.
"I'm a lot more comfortable in dresses, especially gowns," she says.
Even her Glee character has had to change up her clothing options.
"We had to revamp the wardrobe," she says. "They bought a lot of new clothes for me and we have to take in a lot of my pants and dresses."
