Miss America 2004 Ericka Dunlap is demanding an apology from the organization after claiming that she was treated unfairly by a racist producer. According to TMZ, Dunlap says she was physically forced out of her seat during last weekend's competition simply because she was Black.

"I was sitting there on the aisle, and during the first commercial break during top 15 announcement, a producer came up to me and said, 'Get out of that seat. I need the seat. I don’t give a f--k who you are. Get out of the f--king seat.'"

Dunlap, who was the first Black woman to nab the Miss Florida title in 2003, added, "If I were any other Miss America, I would have never been spoken to like that. But I'm the only Black one who comes back."

While she doesn't plan on suing, Dunlap is demanding an apology. A rep for the organization says that Dunlap wasn't satisfied with her seat, but after relocating to an area intended for parents of the participants she was offered another seat, which she refused.
